Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Within 5 minutes I was testing out a bike. (I went to the other bike shop in Lima, was there for 1 1/2 hours, and didn't even get to test a bike!) They were very helpful and let me test out numerous bikes to find the one I wanted. They also assisted me with accessory choices. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
