Came here this morning (12-15-17) and got some breakfast before work through the drive through. Was greeted with a helpful voice over the pa not someone who sounded like they hated their job. When I pull up to the window I was greeted with a smile and how are you? Then when I get my receipt it came with a Christmas card. The next drive through window was much of the same a smile and happy to see you kind of employee was there to greet you and to tell you have a good day. I get to work and opened the Christmas card and it looked like it was bought and personalized from the employee and not from McDonald's which I thought was a very nice gesture and a good way to start my friday off. I wish all McDonald's employees were like this! If McDonald's corporate sees this someday you should consider using Orlantha, your order taker for the drive through in the mornings, as a trainer for new employees because she knows how to treat a customer and make them feel welcomed!
Friendly service! Has always been accurate with my order!(can be hard to find at a lot of fast food places!) Wish they would toast the McMuffin longer!!
Always fast, accurate service. Food is hot however cools off driving 5 miles but I expect that. I just heat it up. i love all the items on menu and go there frequently. Thumbs up!
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the breakfast crew. The night shift is TERRIBLE! I was in line last Saturday evening (yes I understand places are busier on the weekend I used to manage a fast food place around Indian lake) from the speaker to 2nd in line at the only working window...45 minutes. Then we are 2nd in line and the worker is leaning out the drive thru window and blabbering like a wild
Convenient for red box movies but waited to long for food service. It is supposed to be fast food.
