I honestly had the pleasure of working with this guy who could take a joke and understood my dry sense of humor. He knew exactly what I was looking for and came up with some man power to get me driving a brand new car off the lot with little money down. I’ve never seen anyone sweat as much as he did waiting on my approval lol. But all in all, he did a wonderful job and I’m glad I came today to see him today. Keep up the good work!

I tried to purchase an SUV and my son tried to purchase a car at Reineke Ford in Lima Ohio. The dealership will not give you far market value for trade-in to purchase a new Ford SUV. They offer $4000 to $5000 under Kelly Blue Book and Carfax for trade in. The dealership will be making a $6000 to $7000 profit on the SUV when the SUV is sold of lot. I have done a few trade-ins on the last two years and other dealership have traded in my vehicles at Kelly Book or above value. I have also have emails 3 other Ford Dealership and they have offers of $2000 to $3000 above Reineke”s initial trade-in value without seeing the SUV, by giving them a VIN#. These dealership refer to Kelly Book when giving a trade in value and Reinke Ford must use a different way to low ball trade in.
The company I work for has an account with Ford Fleet Care. Brought my work truck in because Power window on drivers door would not bring window up. It was an immediate need to get window working because vehicle could not be garaged overnight and would put company property in jeopardy. Service rep there Rodger said he could not get truck in that day. He said try again in 3-4 business days. The next day was a holiday so I knew getting squeezed in at 830am to be completed by 6pm would be a challenge, but he was not helpful. Another service rep stepped in and she was very helpful. She persuaded him to go and try and get me in. When I picked up the vehicle at 430 that day, I was very appreciative I could let my boss know company vehicle was repaired and could be parked overnight. I was lucky also to have my coworker drive me there because that was a work day and holiday weekend would have been tricky arranging ride. Rodger was very rude to me and it was very obvious I was a pest. He was very unprofessional. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I’ve been a customer thru my company and privately of car dealers/repair shops about 30 years and I don’t think I or my company deserved such nasty treatment. Everyone else was great, especially with the female service rep. I don’t be back
I had a very satisfying experience when leasing my new Ford Escape Titanium. Sam took the time to explain my options, showed me the many intricacies and how they work, and gave me a tour of the service area. He went over the car with a fine tooth comb before releasing it to me and took care of any minor areas that needed addressed. The other staff members were friendly and helpful when answering my questions and while doing the necessary paperwork.
