Use them constantly. I have 2 vehicles that they service regularly, their car wash is fantastic, and their storage facilities are well kept. Happy to see that they are getting into the U-haul business,
Horrible.....went to use the spotless rinse and hose was dispensing soap. A worker walked by and noticed my frustration and asked what was wrong. I stated the spotless rinse was dispensing soap. He went to check the problem and came back to say that it wasn't working and just to use power rinse and simply walked away. Mind you he was gone for 5 minutes checking and my time ran out on the wash afyer abut 4 minutes. Did not offer to compensate the time I missed out on. I had to add an extra buck 50 after spending 7 bucks to rinse off the soap coming out with spotless rinse. Never again.
Witnessed the owner telling a couple of employees to "get your head out of your asses". The other customers heard it too. I won't be giving anymore $ to someone who berates their employees like that, publicly or not.
As much as I want to give them a better rating because I feel bad for the young men who work hard on vehicles and do a decent job, I just cannot because the man who appears to run or own the place was just awful. He yelled at the other employees repeatedly and in a very condescending way, right in front of myself, my children, and several other customers. It was extremely unprofessional. My oil change was done properly and quickly and I have no complaints as far as the mechanic's work goes, but that man at the counter was unbearable.
Management is very rude to his employees. I have been there two times for an oil change and management is very rude to his employees. I stopped to have my car washed and was not pleased with the results.
