I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. They are willing to help find an item you are looking for and to answer any questions you might have. They are always working hard to meet the needs of their customers and to keep the store clean and organized. I enjoy shopping at Joann Fabrics. I also the the fact that they accept multiple coupons.
Helpful staff but check out is slow.
