Hannah did a fantastic job with my hair! She took the time to ask questions to be sure she did exactly what I wanted. She also did a good job of styling it when she was done. I would highly recommend this location!
Had a perm done, the whole beginning process was awesome.... until she brushed my wet perm with a comb.....
Went there since just shortly after it was built, until recently.... 2 out of the last 3 times new girls cut my hair. They don't tell you that they are new and inexperienced either.... The last time, a girl cut my hair with scissors that have a finger rest, but she didn't use the rest... She scraped my face several times, one time coming within 1/2" of my eye. When I called corporate, all they did is take my name and number - said they'd forward it to the local store manager. Store manager never did call me. I went to the store to get a refund for haircuts that were on a "haircut card", and was told "no refunds".
If you go here without asking for a specific stylist that you know does a good job it is hit or miss on if your hair will be decent when it's over. After many of my visits there have ended with my hair looking butchered, I will never go there again. I would not recommend this Great Clips to someone planing on their hair looking nice.
I called corporate again, and was told that they do not monitor or oversee the local stores, what the stores do, any problems with the store, and it's between you the customer and the local manager. This is what two different people told me, on two separate calls to the corporate office. Amazing... Great franchise attitude indeed.
My favorite great clips. Awesome service and we get to choose who cuts my son's hair. We always check in online.
