a request to the Dayton VA?? I'm not going to drive a two hour trip once a week when I can easily be referred to a PT clinic in town. It's like all of my appointments and files from the past two years didn't even exist--they didn't have any of my previous diagnoses on hand. Don't forget the one and a half month wait for me to get my eye appointment here.
Basically, if you can, take the trip to Dayton to get things sorted out. Get your referrals and Rxs sorted out there so you don't have to deal with the prehistoric processes here.
