Really nice if you're giving them your money, otherwise you are treated as a bother. They will lie to make a sale, if buying one of these poor quality diamonds, seriously look at these and question the grading make sure you only pay half of the list price.
Amazing friends you make at this store. Sarah the manager is awesome, and is very helpful. And it is not just the store manager who is amazing the whole team is. They become like family after so many years! Never pushy just helpful. And they make sure that you know what your going to do and get before doing so. They don't put off the i need this sale for my pay check feeling, they truly want to make you happy. It's almost like they don't get paid commission !!!!
