The Findlay store is much more friendly and helpful, this Lima location seems to be larger but seems to have less aquarium oriented stuff other than basics. The only time I visited their was a very skinny girl that was rude and dismissive and seemed to just want to get me to buy something and leave and didn't even get me everything I asked for from the aquariums the cashier was really quite nice but didn't seem to want to be there. There was a curly haired girl who was extremely helpful and very nice but busy with other customers as she seemed to be the only one actually working.
The Staff Is Very Knowledgeable And Friendly. And My Poodles Beckham And Maxwell Love Going There.
Good prices. Sometimes you have to watch prices and coupons when rung up.
Good service as long as it's the younger crew.
