I have rented from a few landlords and I must say there upkeep on repairs is awful. We lived in a house from them for almost three years. We repeatedly had issues with things in and on the house that needed repaired and they never did fix it. Don't waste your time moving your family into a property they own as it is unsafe as they simply don't care
The people at the front desk are the worst.
My mothers ex boyfriend refused to move out when she did and i lived with them at the time,mind you i was underage so because of that they will not rent to me i think that is ridiculous i have amazing references even my current landlord doesnt want me to move we just have to move closer to my boyfriends work. Lima properties is completely unfair. Not to mention the whole reason my mom moved was because they refused to fix the leaking roof or broken door.
