I used AAA for personal and business, now I'm questioning it. If you would have asked me about AAA last year i would have said its great. BUT NOT THIS YEAR! This year i have been stranded for 6 hours waiting for a truck, which then ran out of gas and i had to argue with the driver because he was going to make me wait 2 hours to get a fuel card to get me home. So i put $10 from my own pocket to get home by 1am. Now my business trucks having issues and they refuse to pick it up from a dealership to take it to the specialty shop to do the repairs because i wont drive 2 hours to meet them. I even offered to meet them at the drop location but they refused. I've used AAA for over 7 years now but this is horrible.

I stopped in to get maps for New England, a proposed sister trip for 2016. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure I got not only maps but the tour books as well as a magazine with further information! They are always ready to help!!
