Rented a car from here multiple times over a few years and never had a issue. Under normal circumstances you are in and out quick. The staff has always been friendly.
I frequently rented cars on the weekends and one of my favorite companies is Hertz they are friendly,nice , and responsive, besides their prices are competitive and hard to beat especially when I use my rewards .
Hassle free experience. Staff is friendly and honest. They don't mind helping in order to make you feel comfortable.
Terrible. I will say that I stopped in without a reservation but only because the online site wouldn't let me make a reservation without calling the local agent first. When I got there, I waited for 40 minutes (and there only one person ahead of me). There were only 2 cars to choose from and both smelled like smoke. I recommend using the other car rental company in town (which is where I ended up an hour later).
