I have been to Firestone 2x to replace the cheap stock tires that were on my new Honda. They are the only place in the area that has my specific tire in stock. This last time, I had just left for a road trip and got a flat tire on the highway. I called Firestone and they got me in within the hour. They told me it would take 45 minutes to replace the tire and sure enough they called me exactly 45 minutes later and said my car was ready. The customer service has always been superb. Prices are great too.
You locals should use them every chance you get.
Customer service was out of this world. Every single person was very respectful and friendly and did their best to keep me from having to wait long to talk to someone. They took me to the back and showed/explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me the options for moving forward. I feel they were very honest with me. The only hiccup in the whole experience is that they didn't have my car done by the designated time and I had to bring it back to be completed. This was annoying because I had dropped it off early Friday afternoon and I needed it back by 2pm Saturday. I thought that would have been plenty of time before I had to go to work. I would have liked to have been updated periodically, like they said they would, but its not a deal breaker for me. However, they DID apologize and seem sincere, and they gave me a discount because I had to bring it back in. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. I will definitely go back. Shout out to Samantha for being super helpful and awesome.
The staff here is the best. Broke down from out of town, way far from home. Hot with 2 babies under 2. After several calls to many others repair shop in town, They were the only auto repair shop that even try to take care of us. They also took care of arranging tow service, taxi, and hotel. They didn't take advantage of us either. Got us in the next morning and we were back on the road before check out time from the hotel.
Got a nail in the tire, they was busy but manage to get my tired replaced and on the rode in an hour. No biggie since mall is right behind the shop and easily wasted time in the mall. Very helpful and good customer service.
Very bad service took me 4 hours to get breaks replaced and on top of that a day latter my breaks go out
