Be wary and be thorough in your questioning especially if you are in a bind.
Although they did come out in a pinch, they overcharged because instead of being up front about cost they felt it was necessary to hide the fact that they charge for the time from when they leave the yard to when they get back to the yard. They could've easily not charged me for the time to go back to the yard but that's a separate matter.
Did the work - Wasn't upfront about hidden cost. They drove 5-10 minutes North and did 10 minutes worth of work (which they swore they didn't know how to do nor was it possible) which we guided them through (bypassing an air line). Had my driver come back to their yard (so they could keep us on the clock) and still called me for payment. Before asking them to come out I had asked what is the minimum charge, to which the girl in the office replied that there's no minimum and they only charge for the time they are working. They charged me an hour of labor + part. I asked why the price was over $185.00 for a 10 minute job and she said "Well our time starts when we leave the yard.." which is absurd. They are already being paid $81.00 for the service call to come out. If we weren't on a time crunch I would have argued.
