We were traveling thru OH and had a problem with flashing warning lights on our car. The guys in the service department were very accommodating and after ruling out some of possibilities they provided timely diagnostic service. They explained how many of the proper function of the car was tied to a strong battery. They tested my battery and it had 2 weak cells so they replaced the battery and all systems have been operating at 100% since. While we were waiting we walked thru the store and noticed how clean it was.
The employee in the photo center was eating fried chicken with a customer. She noticed me and asked "You need something?" it was amazing how little she cared. Everyone else was cool.
Always long lines and very few registers open. This last visit, only 2 lanes open and both had long lines. Went through self checkout ... I hate self checkout. When I went to pay, I planned on paying with cash, and then 2 different cards. No problem at the cash register with a human being. They can punch in the amount you want to pay with each card. Not self checkout. It will decline your card if the full amount not there, and no option to choose an amount. And the CSM can't suspend the transaction if you have already used cash. Not very customer friendly.
I need to use the motorized carts. They either died on me or just stopped and wouldn't move. Very aggravating. The lady at the front was very courteous though.
Associates were friendly. Store was neat. It seems to be a hangout for kids though, where Junior High kids, run around the store without parents and it makes it an unpleasant experience to shop
