I brought my daughter here seeking help. She was not sleeping at night , not eating, and in total despair! We had been to ER three times and they had given her enough anti-anxiety medication for five days only. They recommended that we follow up with Coleman behavioral therapy. I stressed how important it was that my daughter see someone before she ran out of medication. I was told she would be contacted before the five days were up. Here we are almost 2 months later we have not heard a word! Thank God we found different avenues, what if she were suicidal? Someone needs to be responsible to follow up!!

I've been a patient at Coleman's Crisis Unit three times in my life,and all three times felt like I was in a flop house and not a treatment center. Some of the staff are very rude and body and I've caught patients it sing street drugs on the premises.some patients are forgot about when it comes time for medication and others are left to their own devices. Random people have sex in their rooms and overall this place seems to cause more trouble than it's worth for the patients and some even run away. Think long and hard before you decide to check into this place.
