PA seemed like she cared but when she went to the Dr St. Clair for a consult, he saw me for about 10 seconds(not exaggerating) and walked out. I saw him 4 years ago and he said time will heal it. It did not. He just does not seem to care or want a solution. Also I was the 2nd appt of the day and I waited for 30 minutes.
It's not a bad place. The staff is very caring and helpful. The only thing I did not like was waiting for three hours plus to see a doctor. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to sit for three hours and more. Other than that it was a great experience.
I fell through my mother garage.... attic I guess you'd say. Shattered my heel and I have some fractures through out my foot. Well I have had a very bad experience here with one of the doctors for my spine (Dr. St Clair) and I was really hesitant about coming back. Well this time I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Briggs and his team and let me tell you.... They... Are... Amazing! Not once did my questions not get answered nor brushed off. His team was so amazing and sweet. I'm 28 years old and I'm a big baby when it comes to pain and they never once made me feel unwelcome nor "stupid". I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Briggs and his team! A million times over!!
They were my ortho Drs for years. They always took excellent care of me. Loved the hospital when I had surgery.
I had my knee replacement done here and foot surgery the done a great job and very friendly but DR Onell new assistant is not very good. I went back to get my othere knee done she didn't know what she was doing. I got my paper work late I had appointments I didn't know about. I had to change all the apartments with lab work ekg and to get ok from the doctor. I miss the old assistant Sandy. She knew her job.
