They refuse to work with my disabled uncle, who needs his phone to communicate with people. My uncle has no voice box and must use text messaging to communicate with family and friends. The employee told us that they cannot do anything because they are not a corporate branch. When asked to talk to manager, we were told he was not available and the employee then hung up on us.
I would like to thank the manager and other staff for the exceptional customer service I received regarding my phone purchase and again when my phone decided to pass onto the phone graveyard. The guys who helped me were very friendly and worked with me through my frustration. I would highly recommend AT &T as a wireless carrier for the customer service alone!!
Not happy with them bought a brand new phone while I was there bought a couple expensive accessories and asked them to put the screen protector o like they have done multiple times and they put m screen protector On my brand new phone up way to high and there's dirt underneath it. They won't put another screen protector On it unless I buy another expensive one. Never going back again ill take my business elsewhere
The guy was very patient with me. I had a flip phone and my wife wanted me to get a smart phone. He took his time nd showed me everything about the new phone and how I works. Would highly recommend this store. They are very helpful polite and patient. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them.
Very nice and honest. I went in to get a new phone and found out I could save money because I was on an old plan. I would definitely recommend going to this store!
