I would give Sam's Club a number 5 I love Sam's Club they have tons of stuff my favorite store to shop great prices

I literally have spent over 3 hours on the phone with Sams today. I ordered a tv on black Friday, that I just received today. It was a broken so.. I then am told I can return it to the local sams club but that they cannot refund me. The refund must be issued through sams online. They can't replace it because they do not honor prices from sams online. Then I was told it couldn't be returned because it had to go through Samsung warranty department. Oh it doesn't end there.. I was transferred 7 times, disconnected 3 times, put on hold numerous times and then connected to another customer who was having the same problems. Let me just say. Wal-Mart has better customer service by far. You can buy anything from Wal-Mart anywhere.. and they will return it or replace it easily. AMAZON AS WELL. I have spent half my day on the phone with these people.. oh they even offered to refund me 10% of the price of the tv for me to keep it. And have it fixed myself!!! Are you kidding me! Anyway. SAMS. NEEDLESS to say.. My Sams shopping days are done.
The young lady who waited on us yesterday was so unfriendly. She didn't once smile, say hello, ask if we found every thing, thank you..nothing. She had her name tag turned around so you could not read it. She probably didn't want anyone to know who she was. I would not have someone like that interacting with customers.
Tuesday is a great day to shop. Not crowded and no one in my way. Highly recommended.
