The people here are friendly and the service and products are great just been sure to want your items you purchase it takes several months to pay off your items but when your on a budget it is a great way to purchase bigger ticket items.

I normally love Aarons. I have my phones through the one in Bellefontaine. Well I just moved to Lima and went to go see about a stove and she said well I have to get you put Into the system and now almost 2 weeks have gone by and still haven't heard from them....

Horrible company. Just moved to Ohio and the company states everyone is pre approved with no credit check. I make $4000 dollars a month and got denied for a bedroom set and washer dryer. No call back after 3 hours. no one called any references. I call the company and get told I'm denied. No reason just denied. Horrible customer service horrible customer interaction skills. I would strongly recommend not using this establishment for anything as there prices are ridiculous and the people are ignorant.
