November 2017 we went to your location and the Customer service and everything was great! We got the couch $50.00 less than the original price because there was a small rip at the seam(not really noticeable) and we were ok with that so we sat on the couch and loveseat a few times before we made the decision, when the couch and other items were delivered within the past few weeks we had noticed there was more than just one of those small rips on the couch. The loveseat was perfect nothing wrong with it (so we thought) as the past few weeks went by it was starting to sink in the middle so we flipped it and noticed(through the protective sheet at the bottom) that the spring was busted like how did this happen? Was it known and fixed temporarily at the store and then eventually this would happen? Very unhappy about this. I tried calling the store a few times and got a recording maybe you guys were just to busy to answer, so I called Guardian Customer care since I did purchase the Value Plan and to put a service request in for these damages and come to find out i should of been registered from your store and I was not so I paid 99.95 to just sit and wait now until Guardian gets ahold of your store to get our plan registered. Hopefully something can be done about all of this and especially with our new furniture beings it’s not even a full month since we have had it.

I bought a mattress a little over a year ago and the other day I washed the slipcovers on it & my box springs. When I put the mattress back on, it sank way down so I thought the springs broke. So I called, sent pictures etc..And they had every intention of replacing my mattress without a problem. Well, turns out I just put the box spring on upside down. Ha! Ha! So my mattress is just fine. But the customer service I received was stellar! I placed a new couch on layaway & I'm very excited to put it in my home! Thanks guys!!!
