Just picked up my formal dress for upcoming wedding and am upset. I was told it would be $30. And just got charged $49. How can you tell someone one price then charge a different higher price. They said it was because it was more than one layer but they knew that when I was told original price. Not happy
Took 6 pannels of drapes here. When we got them back they were snagged , but one was really bad. My husband took two pannels back for them to look at. They advised him to go back to JCPennys. Pennys says it looks like the heat was too high, when they were cleaned, but happily replaced them. They advised us to find different cleaner, which I was already going to do. Tried to call cleanern to let them know story and no answer.
