Had an appointment planned for two days and was told 15 minutes before that they were to backed up to make it.
They went over the carpet quickly. Made me wonder. It was done fast and its about 1500 square feet of carpet. In and out quickly. We have dogs. It smelled like wet dogs and not clean carpet. After said and done I realized I just got ripped off. Wont use service master again. Had another company come out a couple months later and did a great job. It doesn't smell like wet dogs anymore.
Very professional and they are always on time. Carpets look very nice after each job. Have had them do 4 carpet cleanings. Thank you very much
