Nice people working here. Not the cleanest elevators or floors. But house keeping is good. Internet needs to be better tho. It's not fast enough during peak hours.
Had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Really appreciated the managers reception and the food was great. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Maybe just a fluke, but my room smelled like smoke and the cable was out or really fuzzy. I asked if I could switch rooms but there were none remaining. I booked last minute. They were doing a lot of construction on the second floor so it may be a nice stay on the second floor in the future. The front desk clerk Layne was very polite and welcoming.
Nice, comfortable rooms. Very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly. Only downfall is that breakfast is nearly $9 per person. No continental options and their drinks in the sundries area are limited and mildly overpriced (which was expected). Would have given 5 stars if breakfast was offered, or a better selection in the sundries area. Maybe add orange juice, milk, or apple juice for young kids?
