Rude, lazy, and expensive service. And, if that isn't bad enough - they don't stand by their work either.
Went to retrieve my belongings and was told that I had cleared it out and unit was rented to someone else. Guy even stated that Red had done something wrong. Red said a lady wanted to buy it. Stated I was sent a letter. Never notified. Worker had not logged in payments. Belongings stolen. Then I was offered a washer after raising sand about my belongings. Called the police must file civil suit. Two units paid at same time, one robbed of contents. Don't waste your time or money. Crooks. And guy stated it was not under surveillance. So much for secured belongings.
Only rented a unit for 15 days now and the owner cut off my lock and his employees stole several items and put a new lock on my unit. I called the cops filled out a report, talked to the owner he said that I'm a liar And basically tough luck and that I should have renters insurance, its posted that they have cameras but when I asked to see the camera footage he replied we have no cameras on the property. He has a license to steal people's items at will. Do not rent from this crooked businessvi give it way more than two thumbs down.
Should of listened to the other reviews... this place is garbage.
