What an AWFUL experience. Chris seems legit to start with. However, this place is nothing more than a scam. Units constantly being broken into. No security cameras, even though the sign out front says it protected by security.
Don't use these storage units!!! They WILL get broken into! I lost everything I had of value and sentimental value.
