Walked into the showroom to purchase a motorcycle walked around for 45 minutes. Not one person asked to help. No sales person was interested... I have bought parts there sometimes. Their parts employees are not very knowledgeable. I will ask about a certain part they always have to go ask someone else to wait on me. Playing with the cell phone is a top priority there. They could care less about you.

Bought my first Harley here and several accessories and clothing items since. Sales staff was very helpful and willing to work with me to keep things within my budget. Ladies on the clothing side have always been friendly and helpful. Parts department has been equally helpful. I love how willing they are to let you try things before you buy. Not only do they help you find the right size in clothes and test ride the bikes before you buy, the parts department even let me take a backrest out for a test ride to see how I liked it on my bike.
