We live 35 miles away. Bought a lavalamp not working. Returned for a replacement. 2nd had Bulb broken. Returned again for cash back cause that's 140 miles. No cash returns even with receipt. so we picked out 2 more both with broken bulbs we didn't leave until one tested good. Manager would not budge on a small inconvenience discount. Very unaccommodating
