We cancelled our membership almost a year ago. I went in to sign when my two year contract was up. They said it would be cancelled and money would no longer be coming out of the account. It came out two more times and stopped. Last week we received a bill from collections saying we had not paid. I'm furious that after we have cancelled and signed saying our membership was cancelled they still tried to bill us.
By far the best gym around. Everyone knows your name and no huge crowds or machine wait times!
