They were very rude
Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with and sadly here i sit... Issue unresolved.

My next bill happens and I was charged the full rate. At the time i let it slide thinking maybe I was being charged the previous month and should see the $10 hold charge for the dates in question on the next bill. However, the next bill occurs and still full rate.
Worst Staff I've EVER seen. A Couple of months ago I asked to put my account on hold because the pool was going to be painted and unusable for a month. I spoke to a young man at the desk who claimed to fill out a form to make this happen effective Aug 14th - Sept 14th.
Very good and helpful staff and volunteers. It has temperature controlled year round. Their indoor tracks with Gym facility is very good and helpful in maintaining good health.
Almost a week later I call back again and speak with Ron who transfers me to his boss who is supposedly available only to get her voicemail. I leave a detailed message explaining what has happened and ask her to call me back to discuss a refund of the most recent charge and to cancel my membership based on my experience with the staff. I then speak to Ron at the desk again and am given assurance that she always calls back and i don't have to worry about her reaching back out to me. Still waiting on that return call.
Around 3-4 days later I call in again, Ron answers again, and i ask him who i can speak to in management who is actually available right now. He transfers me to the CEO who doesn't answer his phone and I leave yet another message.
I have now cancelled my card to prevent the YMCA from charging me any additional fees and filed a complaint with the BBB. This company (branch) should NOT associate themselves with anything 'Christian' as they have the absolute WORST treatment of their members I have ever seen. It's one thing to drop the ball on an issue or a form but at some point you need to take ownership of a mistake.
So, I call in again and speak with a young lady who says she will bring this up with her manager and give me a call back. She takes down my name and number and assures me once again that she will call back that day and leave a message if unable to reach me. Still waiting on that call.
Some of the staff at the front were awful enough for me to cancel my membership. They are the first people that you have to deal with so you would think they would work on being nicer but they don’t. There was one younger lady specifically who was the most rude person I have ever met working in a service position. The facility is great, but be prepared to be judged and to have to deal with people who are not helpful at all.
