Service not good. Need more people or something. Took an hour to get our pizza. People with us got theirs in 20 minutes. Plus the pizza is not good and over price.
Some games were down. Others were out of tickets. Congested table's to open gifts from directly beside another family. Never mind the fact of being rushed along because of high turnover I'm guessing. The mouse was slow, tired, or something. Was not energetic let's say. The two ladies on stage with him could smile it might help. not much interaction let's say. Pizza was a piece of cardboard with topping's. Overall staff was very helpful tho. What happened to Chucky's friends he was on stage with back in my day lol. Just the mouse and not very intertaining. Not mention that 50% of the kids was sick the next day. Little more Lysol I'd say. How ever things did look clean
Last time I went was for my nieces birthday party. I love that they have an Autistic friendly day; and the kiddos had a blast which was why I give this place a little more the half of the stars. But half of the games didn't even work and it's seems to always be crowded plus because of that, you have a time limit too. Makes me feel a little meh about this place as a choice.
Fun, clean, nice staff, but super pricey
The pizza's not bad and the kids always have fun. Too noisy for easy conversation, but as I said, the kids have fun.
